Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 Business Days from the time the order is placed

Customer Responsibility for Wrong Orders

Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address:

Once your order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
If reshipping is needed due to a wrong address, the customer will cover the new shipping cost.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery:
The package will be returned to us.
The customer must pay the full re-shipping cost.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged:
Reject it at the time of delivery and notify the courier.
Contact us at support@gilego.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. If the package was delivered in your absence, report damage within 48 hours for a possible refund or replacement.

Applicable sales tax is included in the product prices and shipping fees, where required by law.
