Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any protective materials.

Customized items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless approved by our team under exceptional circumstances.

To start a return, email us at support@gilego.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns without an RAN will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items.

Return Label Options

If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following:

Included in the Package: A physical return label provided with your shipment (if applicable).

Downloadable PDF: A return label sent to your email for printing and shipping.

Important Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related queries, contact us at support@gilego.com. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards or promo vouchers

Customized products or limited-edition items

Items purchased on flash sales or marked as “Final Sale”

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Process for Returning Items

Email support@gilego.com with your order number, reason for return, and attach photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.

Include the RAN inside your package to avoid any processing delays.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If the return is approved, you will be notified by email, and a refund or exchange will be processed.

Items that do not meet return eligibility will not be refunded. We’ll contact you with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gilego.com, providing a description and supporting photos.

In such cases, Gilego will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

Important: Do not repair or alter the damaged product yourself, as this will void the return eligibility.

Inspect your package upon arrival, and if you find visible damage, report it to the delivery service immediately.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

First, return the original item following the standard return process.

Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of reorder.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Products marked as “Final Sale”, customized, or made-to-order.

Orders canceled after shipping are not eligible for a full refund. Only the product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at support@gilego.com with photos and a description.

Once approved, refunds will include the product cost and original shipping charges.

You may choose between a refund or a replacement for defective items. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item.
